Dr. Daniel Attard is based in Malta and has advised clients on matters of civil, family, criminal, litigation, company law, employment residency, citizenship, intellectual property, data protection and real estate.

THE FOUNDER
After submitting his thesis titled ‘Malta’s Schemes for High Net Worth Individuals in the Global Market, A Comparative Appraisal’, Daniel graduated from the University of Malta as an Advocate and then pursued further studies in International and Maltese tax law. After his graduation in 2012 Daniel obtained the warrant to practice as an Advocate in Malta in 2013.
Daniel has advised clients with litigation and has represented clients both in Maltese courts and at hearings in foreign jurisdictions.
Daniel is a member of the Malta Institute of Financial Services Practitioners, the Chamber of Advocates and licensed as an Accredited Agent with Komunita' Malta with agent number AKM-ATTA-21. Daniel speaks fluently Maltese, English, Italian and has working knowledge of Spanish.
